County Deed Sales
|What is Our Objective?
With the approval of the Board of Commissioners, the Office of Tax Commissioner is facilitating the sale of the county’s interest in the property to the highest bidder in accordance with state law. This initiative ensures that these properties are reintegrated into the tax rolls, as county-owned tax deeds are not subjected to taxation.
|What is a County-Owned Tax Deed?
A County-Owned Tax Deed refers to a property in which the county holds an interest due to delinquent taxes.
|The next County Deed sale will focus on the 94 Liberty Harbor properties shown to the left.
