Three Ways to Change Your Address

In Person:
Visit the GIS and Mapping Office, in the Harold Pate Building, on the second floor. No appointment is necessary. 

By Mail:
Fill out the Property Address Change Form and mail to:

Be sure to sign your form, and fill in the additional contact information.

To email your Property Address Change Form, first contact the GIS and Mapping office for emailing instructions. You must be able to print out the completed form and sign by hand. GIS will not accept digital or missing signatures. Contact GIS at (912) 554-7418 for more information.
