Occasionally refund checks are returned to our office, or simply never cashed. These funds are held in a separate account for 5 years before being turned over to the state.

View our list of unclaimed funds to see if you have any money waiting for you. If you see your name, fill out and submit the form at the end of this page. Our accountant will use the information you provide to research your case. If verified, a stop payment will be issued on the original check, and a new check will be mailed to you. 

Unless we require more information, or we cannot confirm ownership, you will not be contacted during this process. This may take up to 2 months to complete. Do not submit additional forms during this research phase.
